How we handle your answers

What we collect
Your survey answers, language, date and a campaign source label (for example “linkedin”). We do not ask for your name or an account. We do not save partial answers: only what you submit at the end is recorded.
Optional contact details
At the end you may leave your email and company name. They are optional. If you leave them, your response becomes linked to those details and may identify you. We will only contact you if you explicitly tick the follow-up permission.
Who can see them
Only the Vigilant Core team. Contact details are stored encrypted and only people with an administrator role can see them. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, nor send it to AI services.
How long
Initial proposal: research responses for 12 months and contact details for 6 months unless you renew your interest. Unsubmitted sessions are invalidated after 24 hours.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your contact or your response by giving the receipt code shown at the end or the email you left. If you answered fully anonymously we cannot find your response by identity.
Site measurement
We count page views in aggregate, without tracking cookies or third-party analytics. These figures do not represent unique people.
